Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight, cargo, and merchandise from trucks and trailers
• Move and stack products, pallets, and goods in warehouse or dock areas
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all shipments
• Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques at all times
• Work alongside drivers and warehouse staff to meet tight unloading schedules
• Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on the dock or warehouse floor

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs repeatedly) and physical labor for extended periods
• Previous lumping, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible or early morning hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout shift
