Lumper

Job Summary

The Lumper is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight, moving products, and assisting with warehouse operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers.
• Manually move, stack, sort, and organize boxes, pallets, and freight.
• Build and break down pallets as needed.
• Verify quantities and inspect freight for damage.
• Use pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Stage products in designated areas for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or freight-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
• Pay Rate: $16/hr
