• Start Date: July/August
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm
• Payor Mix: Primarily Medicare/Medicaid, other insurances
• Patient Ages: Family practice needing someone to treat primarily pediatrics (80%)
• Clinic Production: Roughly $1.3 million annually
• Chairs/Ops: 10 chairs
• Roughly 86 new patients per month

Offering:

• Daily Guarantee: starting at $1,000 per day (for 6 months)
• 30% of collections
• $300-400k annual earning potential
• Relocation & Retention Bonus available
• Retention Bonus: for each month that you eclipse $120/mo in production, the provider will move up a tier in their collection percentage
