Memory Lane is an upscale Alzheimer's Special Care Unit that provides the best care to our residents. Our staffing ratio is great and we are NOT a nursing home or Long Term Care. We have a great team atmosphere and are all here to help.


The Unit Charge Nurse provides activity-focused resident care support of the resident's families and implements each 24-hour plan during his/her assigned shift, which consists of periods of rest, guidance needed in ADLs, periods of physical activity, bowel and bladder schedule, adaptation in dining, nutrition and hydration needs, recreation schedule, visitation, behavioral interventions and environmental adjustments. The Unit Charge Nurse receives ongoing Alzheimer's care training.
