We are looking for a compassionate, hardworking, dedicated LPN for our unique Memory Care Community. In addition to the job description and qualifications, his position requires to be assisting residents, helping feed them, joining in with their activities, spending one on one time with them, helping them nourish.


  • Medication Administration: Distribute oral medications, eye drops, and injections safely according to physician orders and compliance guidelines.
  • Health Monitoring: Check vital signs, track blood sugar levels, observe clinical changes, and report status shifts to the DON.
  • Resident Care & ADLs: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) like hygiene, mobility, and meals when necessary.
  • Documentation: Record treatments, observations, and care updates accurately in electronic health records or nursing logs.
  • Emergency Response: Act quickly and calmly during medical crises, falls, or sudden health declines.
  • Staff Guidance: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or medication technicians
