About the Role:

As an LPN at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and symptoms to the healthcare team
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
