About the Position

Our client is seeking dedicated CDL A Truck Drivers for local deliveries in the Dearborn area. Drivers will operate routes throughout Detroit and Ohio, with runs lasting three or more hours. This is an on-site, dedicated opportunity with no-touch freight.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts available
• Start time: Between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Shift length: 10 to 12 hours
• Overtime: Available after 40 hours
• Hours per week: 40
• Start date: August 31, 2026

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery
• Service area: Detroit and Ohio areas
• Freight handling: No-touch freight
• Equipment: Day cab trucks with manual and automatic transmissions; manual sleeper trucks
• Container experience preferred
• HAZMAT endorsement preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Drive local routes throughout the Detroit and Ohio areas
• Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely and efficiently
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
• Follow all applicable safety regulations and operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
