About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A drivers to support local operations in Richmond, California. This dedicated, on-site opportunity offers consistent weekday work, a 5:00 a.m. start time, and competitive hourly pay.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30 per hour
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,100-$1,200
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: 5:00 a.m.
• Daily hours: 8-12 hours
• Hours per week: 40

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Complete required freight-handling tasks.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience, including flatbed experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
