Licensed Practical Nurse-- ON-SITE

Caring Heart Family Nurse Practitioner is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with blood draws/phlebotomy - a plus
• Provide administrative and clinical assistance in the clinic
• Assist with charting and documentation
• Support daily clinic operations and patient care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required
• Clinic or primary care experience preferred
• Blood draw experience is a plus
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
