We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, support participant health needs, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our participants.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, support participant health needs, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care and monitoring of participants
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist with assessments, documentation, and care plan updates
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN/physician
- Respond to participant health concerns and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Support a positive, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment
- Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
