Location: New York, NY 10029
Duration: 13 weeks contract (possibility of extension)
Schedule Notes: 7:00pm - 7:30am, Weekends and holidays as needed.
Tentative start date: 10/26/2026
Payrate: $43/ hour
Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility

Duties:
- Patient Care: Provides basic nursing care, assists patients with daily activities, and monitors their overall condition.
- Medication & Treatment: Administers prescribed medications and assists with routine treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Monitoring Patients: Checks vital signs, observes changes in health, and reports important findings to the healthcare team.
- Documentation: Maintains accurate records of patient care, medications, treatments, and changes in the patient's condition.
- Communication & Safety: Communicates with patients and healthcare professionals while following proper hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures.
- Associate's Degree - Required.
- License Practical Nursing (LPN) - NY State license.
- BLS - AHA.
