The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.
- Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.
- Supervise CNAs and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Active New York State LPN License.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Earn up to $42/hour
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
