A-Line Staffing is now hiring aLicensed Practical Nurse. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Licensed Practical Nurse Hours

• Can choose what shift you prefer - 6:45am - 3:15pm or 2:45PM - 11:15PM
• 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend

Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is $32.00-34.00 an hour paid weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients in a rehabilitation environment.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns to the RN and provider.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Provide wound care, collect vital signs, perform clinical treatments, and assist with daily nursing needs.
• Document patient care, progress notes, medication administration, and assessments accurately in the EMR.
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans and support patient recovery goals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes as needed.
• Maintain infection control standards, safety practices, and compliance with facility policies.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

• LPN License in PA
