Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate the physical health needs, limitations, and potential for recovery of patients.
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' functional abilities and mobilizing therapeutic techniques.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to address acute and chronic conditions.
- Facilitate patient education sessions to empower clients on therapeutic practices and pain management strategies suited to their unique conditions.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, for coordinated patient care.
- Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as necessary in alignment with treatment goals.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, with a strong preference for advanced degrees.
