Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and mobility in patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
  • Provide education to patients and families on exercise techniques, home care routines, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all improvements or setbacks accurately in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives and community education programs, advocating for physical health awareness and preventive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse group of patients, including those recovering from physical injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and various disabilities. Qualifications
  • A current and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field; advanced degrees are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and a proven ability to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy rehabilitation and knowledge of modality applications.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare facility, preferably in a collaborative treatment environment.

Compensation and Benefits
