Licensed Clinician (LPC LCSW LMHC or PHD)

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join Interlocking Connections LLC as a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking passionate professionals to provide high-quality mental health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Experience with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disabilities is desired but training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the community and healthcare systems.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
