With over five years of experience, you will collaborate with departments like Compliance, Risk Management, and Technology to mitigate legal risks and strengthen privacy initiatives. Proactively advising on privacy impact assessments and regulatory requirements will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice on privacy laws and industry regulations • Support responses to regulatory inquiries and compliance frameworks • Assist in managing privacy incidents and legal obligations • Review privacy-related documentation and communications • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Requirements: • Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree • 5+ years of legal experience in privacy law • Certification in privacy (CIPP/C, CIPP/US, etc.) preferred • Strong knowledge of Canadian privacy legislation • Experience working in highly regulated industries Contribute to Allstate's commitment to regulatory compliance and privacy protection while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
