Now Hiring! Immediate Property Manager opportunity in Augustam GA. Previous leasing experience is required. 9-6. Possible temp to hire.

Weekly Pay every Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Close leases within the community
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property assets and benefits
• Educate clients on basic lease agreements
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with lease agreements and contracts
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
