Leasing Agent

Circle One Property Management is seeking a motivated, organized Leasing Agent to support our growing residential property management portfolio. This role is responsible for helping prospective residents through the leasing process, coordinating property showings, following up with leads, and helping maintain strong occupancy across our properties.

The ideal candidate is responsive, professional, comfortable communicating with a wide range of people, and able to manage multiple prospects and properties at once.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries from prospective residents
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Follow up consistently with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
• Provide accurate information regarding available properties, rental requirements, pricing, and lease terms
• Assist prospective tenants with rental applications and required documentation
• Coordinate with the property management team regarding unit availability and move-in readiness
• Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and leasing activity
• Market available rental properties through approved listing platforms and other channels
• Assist with lease preparation, signing, and move-in coordination
• Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents
• Help identify opportunities to improve leasing activity and reduce vacancy
• Perform other leasing and property-management-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Comfortable speaking with prospective tenants by phone, text, email, and in person
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Basic computer and CRM/property management software skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required
