They ensure proper handling of reject/non-conforming/scrap materials and coordinate activities with logistics for proper material flow. - Support quality planning, assembly, and inspection activities
- Monitor work processes and evaluate performance
- Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and procedures
- Ensure proper identification and handling of rejected, non-conforming, and materials
- Coordinate with Logistics to maintain proper material flow
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Assist with document and data control
- Communicate quality-related observations and provide feedback to Project Coordinators
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training or education preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Manufacturing or quality-control experience preferred
- Previous inspection or inspection lead experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
