We're looking for a Full-Time Journeyman Electrician who enjoys working with people just as much as working with wiring. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine electrical system layouts.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, including low-voltage and high-voltage systems, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with NEC standards and local codes.
• Safely and effectively utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (ammeters, ohmmeters, etc.).
• Familiar with how to keep accurate records of work performed, including work orders, materials used, and maintenance logs.
• With training, prepare estimates and quotes in accordance with company guidelines.
• Drive to and from customer and project sites as required.
• Professionally interact with customers while providing exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Journeyman Electrician License (General Journeyman or equivalent).
• Candidates holding licenses from other states may be eligible for Oregon reciprocity; qualifications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; completion of a certified electrician apprenticeship program preferred.
• Experience in both residential and commercial electrical work preferred. Residential experience NOT required!
• Demonstrated ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards, electrical safety procedures, and applicable Oregon regulations (CCB laws).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Must provide own basic hand tools; company will supply specialty tools, power tools, and required equipment.
• Maintain valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
