JOURNEYMAN & EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIANS

Scott Electric is growing, and we're looking for skilled electricians to join our team.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Licensed Journeyman Electricians OR

Electricians with 5+ years of verifiable, equivalent field experience

Strong knowledge of commercial electrical work

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Dependable, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and plans

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems

Install conduit, wiring, panels, disconnects, and electrical equipment

Perform commercial electrical rough-ins and finish work

Use electrical testing equipment and hand and power tools safely

Diagnose electrical issues and identify effective solutions

Understand and follow the National Electrical Code and local electrical codes

Perform electrical calculations and determine proper wire and equipment sizing

Work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas

Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and customers

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow jobsite safety procedures and company policies
