ANESTHESIA NEEDS:
• Coverage needed per month: Monday-Friday, 4x10 hr shifts per work week
• Frequency of any Call needed: None
• Schedule Details: 10hr shifts are approximately 7a-5p
SITE DETAILS:
• Department Description: Bread and butter CRNA - No hearts, no neuro, no OB. Must be comfortable with peds patients.
Patient Volume: 15-30
Patient Age Group: Peds - Adults
EMR/Documentation System: Epic
Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 90-120 days with active SC license, but could be sooner due to urgent backfill nature.

Is IMLC Accepted?: No
Which travel is billable, if any?: None, all inclusive
All-Inclusive?: Yes, and provider must live 60+ miles away from facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Are Board Certifications Req d?: NBCRNA required
• Which State License(s) Req d?: SC required
• Certifications Req d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS, ACLS, PALS
• CSR Req d?: No
• DEA Req d?: No
• Minimum Experience Req d (# of years): 2 years minimum experience
• Are vaccines mandatory?: Flu, MMR, Varicella (waivers are accepted)
• Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean backgrounds only; if not clean then provider msust have 1st and 3rd party statements included with submission.
