A well-established Richmond company is launching a new residential and commercial electrical service division, and we're looking for the Master Electrician who will lead it from day one. You'll serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI) under Virginia DPOR and run service operations, with the backing, resources, and back office of a proven company behind you.

This isn't a tools-in-hand role. It's a leadership seat where you'll help shape how the business runs, build the team, and share in the profits as it grows.

The Package

• Base salary $90K-$110K+ depending on experience, with compensation growing as the business grows

• Profit sharing + 401(k) with company match

• Fuel card, tools stipend, and company uniforms

• Earned wage access and on-call differential pay

What You'll Do

• Serve as the DPOR Qualifying Individual for the company's electrical license

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of journeymen and apprentices

• Set up and run day-to-day service operations and coordinate inspections

• Be the go-to contact for customers, contractors, and municipal inspectors

What You Need

• Active Virginia Master Electrician License (DPOR)

• 8+ years of residential and commercial electrical experience

• Experience supervising crews or managing a service department

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Schedule: Monday-Friday days, with occasional after-hours or emergency calls.
