Our HVAC Residential Service Repair Technician will have 4+ years of experience working with Residential (90%) and commercial (10%) heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Excellent customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and systems. 90% Residential work.
• Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in residential HVAC Service Repair.
• The ability to work independently with confidence.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to use company truck.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
