Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift
Shift Options: 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Job Description

Employment Service Connection, Inc. is currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for Crate Builder / Assembler positions with established manufacturing and industrial packaging companies in the Milwaukee area.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with hand and power tools, measuring materials, and assembling wooden crates, pallets, and packaging structures.

Bilingual and Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden crates, skids, pallets, and packaging materials.
• Operate hand and power tools, including drills, nail guns, and saws.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
• Read basic measurements and follow assembly instructions.
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, carpentry, construction, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Basic tape measure and measurement skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and bending throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday.
• Available Shifts: 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.
• Location: Milwaukee, WI.
