Candidates will assist with general construction activities, material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and demolition while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties on commercial and residential construction sites
• Assist skilled tradesmen as needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Perform site cleanup and debris removal
• Assist with demolition and removal of structural materials
• Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety regulations
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and project managers

Requirements

• Valid OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
