  • Qualifications: MD/DO Medical Oncology
    • Board Certified in Oncology
    • MI License
    • BLS
    • Clean malpractice and license history
    • NPDB self-query (within 30 days) at presentation
  • Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
    • Trauma: Level 1 (clinic is across the street from the hospital)
  • Schedule: Dates: January 11, 2027 - April 1, 2028
    • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 3 days per week
    • No Call
    • Reason: Maternity leave
  • Assignment: Outpatient
    • Clinic: 100% outpatient
    • Patient Population: Adult only, no pediatrics
    • Census: 17-20 clinic patients per day
    • Various cancers and some benign heme patients
    • EMR: Epic
    • Credentialing: 100 days
