We are looking for a motivated Duct Installer to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC ductwork systems according to blueprints and project specifications, including air handlers, fan motors, and duct fittings.
  • Read and interpret HVAC blueprints and schematics to determine layout, measurements, and material requirements.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble ductwork using hand and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
  • Seal and insulate ducts to prevent air leaks, minimize heat loss or gain, and reduce condensation.
  • Inspect existing duct systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Coordinate with other construction professionals such as electricians and plumbers to ensure project efficiency.
  • Communicate with clients, explaining work procedures, providing cost estimates, and addressing questions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and wearing protective equipment.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work with rectangular duct, round pipe, flex, and Duct board
  • Must know how to wire and install systems
  • Must have experienced and running refrigeration, lines, and drain lines
  • Must have good work ethic
  • Must have valid driver's license with good record
