Pfister Energy, a leading commercial solar EPC with over 900 MW of completed projects, is hiring experienced Commercial Electricians, Journeymen, and Electrical Foremen to install and maintain electrical systems on large-scale solar projects. What You'll Do

• Install, wire, terminate, and test commercial solar PV electrical systems.
• Work with AC/DC wiring, inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects, and electrical service equipment.
• Install conduit and cable tray systems, including EMT, rigid, PVC, and associated supports.
• Read electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support testing and commissioning.
• Follow NEC requirements, OSHA standards, and electrical safety procedures.
• For lead/foreman positions: supervise crews, coordinate daily work, maintain quality, and mentor junior electricians.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience required.
• Hands-on experience installing conduit, cable trays, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and follow NEC and electrical safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Maryland and neighboring states.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift 50+ lbs.
• Preferred: Solar PV experience, Journeyman Electrician license, OSHA 10/30, or electrical crew leadership experience.
