Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor patient medications.

- Deliver preventive care services.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
- Order appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in advanced practice nursing.
