Pittsfield, NH

Monday - Friday

First Shift: 6am - 8am start FLEX START/HOURS

Duties:

Scan and digitize paper documents using office scanning and copying equipment

Organize and electronically file documents using established naming conventions and procedures

Create and maintain electronic folders within shared drives

Review scanned documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper file naming

Handle confidential employee, company, and proprietary information with professionalism and discretion

What We Look For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially during repetitive tasks

Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment when handling sensitive information

Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Basic proficiency with email and Microsoft Office 365

Comfortable operating standard office equipment, including scanners and copiers

Ability to organize electronic files and consistently follow established procedures

Ability to work independently and stay on task

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
