We are seeking a Welder to perform MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components. This role focuses on material preparation, equipment setup, precise welding, quality inspection, and equipment maintenance in a no-travel work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for welding, including carbon steel and stainless steel.
  • Set up welding equipment and work areas for assigned projects.
  • Perform MIG operations.
  • Inspect completed welds and finished work for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of welding experience.
  • Experience with MIG welding.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
