Full-Time Trenton, MI $18.25-$23.00+/hr based on experience

This company specializes in precision machining, metal fabrication, and welded assemblies and is committed to maintaining high-quality aerospace standards.

Multiple Shifts Available:
Days: 6:00AM-4:30PM
Mid: 12:00PM-10:30PM
Nights: 3:30PM-2:00AM $1/hr shift premium

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, EDM, and other equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• Verify tooling, machine settings, and material
• Monitor machines and troubleshoot basic issues
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Maintain tight tolerances and accurate production records
• Follow safety and aerospace quality standards

Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC setup and operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Ability to read measurements down to 0.0001"
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Haas
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
