HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have strong technical skills, a solid systems, and enjoy solving problems for homeowners and small businesses, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties:

• Perform routine summer and winter maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues using wiring schematics
• Properly measure and interpret superheat and subcooling
• Accurately diagnose system performance and efficiency problems
• Order necessary parts and maintain accurate service records
• Provide excellent customer service on every call
• Occasional after-hours or on-call rotation will be required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential experience required, small commercial a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of superheat/subcooling, refrigeration cycle, and troubleshooting
• schematics
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
