- Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no history of board or disciplinary actions.

- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly advantageous.
