Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, requiring a deep understanding of orthopedic principles.
- Develop individualized treatment plans through patient collaboration, ensuring alignment with their rehabilitation goals and lifestyle.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education tailored specifically to orthopedic recovery.
- Monitor and document progress meticulously, adjusting treatment interventions based on individual patient needs and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
- Contribute positively to the clinic's collaborative culture by engaging in regular team meetings and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current or eligibility for a Nevada Physical Therapy license.
- Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective patient discussions and documentation.
- Proficiency in time management, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and adherence to treatment timelines.
- Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification preferred or a strong desire to attain this credential.
- Experience in manual therapy techniques and advanced therapeutic methodologies such as dry needling is highly valued.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population, demonstrating adaptability in care approaches.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems or a similar documentation platform to maintain accurate patient records.
