Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish)

Our client, a service operations organization, is seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish) to join their team. As a Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish), you will be part of the Dispatch & Field Service Coordination team supporting daily scheduling and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, fast decision-making under pressure, and clear bilingual communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending Upon Experience)

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Manage and monitor daily schedules for 70+ service appointments, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service delivery.
• Adjust schedules as needed due to traffic delays, job duration changes, technician availability, or urgent customer requests.
• Verify payment arrangements before installations and communicate payment-related requirements to technicians.
• Assist technicians with payment processing and customer communication when language barriers arise.
• Assign jobs to the appropriate field technicians based on skill set and service type, while monitoring routes and mileage to maximize efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in dispatching, field service coordination, scheduling, or another high-volume customer service environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort enforcing company policies and procedures when required, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
