Structural Steel Welder/Fitter

We are seeking skilled Welders and Fitters to join our clients' teams in the Richmond and Ashland areas.

Openings are available on all shifts, with competitive pay ranging from $25-$32 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and fitting projects
• Work with steel I beams and other structural materials
• Perform welding and fitting of carbon steel
• Utilize Flux Core or Dual Shield welding processes
• Contribute to structural welding projects or apply welding education skills

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of welding experience (required)
• Welding Certification (required); D1.1 Certification preferred
• Strong background in fabrication, fitting, and structural welding
• Ability to commute to Richmond, VA (required)
• Availability for Day and Night Shifts from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Availability to work 8 hour or 10 hour shifts
