Assembler

(Kenner, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Assembler.

Essential Duties:
• Assemble components and subassemblies according to written and verbal instructions
• Work with cosmetic fronts, doors, auto lint components, kits, sprinklers, ducting, and rail supports
• Perform final setup and tear-down of assembled products
• Review and complete P-tickets and related production documentation
• Use hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements/Skills:
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience working with hand tools
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to use hands and arms for repetitive tasks
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as required for assembly work
