We are hiring 10 Packaging and Assembly workers to join a dynamic team in Fort Myers. Reporting to the Packaging Manager, you will perform assembly-line tasks in the packaging department of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will package and assemble food or beverage products using manual skills and automated machinery during regular day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Package food or beverage products efficiently and orderly into boxes.
• Assemble products according to production requirements.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain quality control standards.
• Handle materials and monitor automated packaging equipment.
• Collaborate with line team members to meet daily production targets.
• Comply with workplace and production safety requirements.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized throughout each shift.
• Stand for entire shifts while demonstrating physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields.
• Familiarity with assembly and packaging processes.
• Ability to handle physical workloads and stand for extended periods.
• Strong arm and hand dexterity for quick, orderly packaging.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in packaging and assembly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
