R&D Chemist - Formulation & Scale-Up

Jain Chem is a family-owned specialty chemical manufacturer in Taylors, SC, making custom and toll-manufactured products for major coatings, adhesives, building-materials, and textile companies since 1975. We're looking for an R&D Chemist to help with product and process development from bench through full-scale production. This is a hands-on role with real range. You will work on diverse chemistries from simple blends to complex polymers. The path from lab to plant is short: you'll design the experiment, run the pilot, and be on the floor for the first production batch. You'll work directly with Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and customers, and your work will have a visible impact on the business.
