Primary care LVN

Job Description Job Description My Primary Care is seeking a licensed LVN to assist our medical practice in providing primary and wound-care supplemental visits to our elderly and disabled community.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Clean record with no disciplinary actions
• Active professional license
• Malpractice insurance
• 2-years of mobile practice
• 2-years experience in primary care
• 2-years experience in wound care
• Ability to travel to patients' homes

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-years experience in geriatric care
• Spanish or Tagalog speaking
• Tebra EHR experience
