Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - West Hartford

The LPN will provide direct patient support and maintain accurate clinical documentation through the following responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
• Injections (Testosterone, B12 and other vitamins)
• Performing patient intake, checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
• Performing services including shockwave therapy
• Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
• Assisting medical providers with patient care
• Performing lab operations
• Maintaining accurate EMR records and complying with all HIPAA requirements
• Scheduling appointments

Qualifications: Candidates must have experience administering injections, performing phlebotomy, and working in an EMR. Experience in a related setting - such as a med spa, urology practice, family practice, laboratory, endocrinology practice, gynecology practice, or general practice - is preferred.

Required Qualification: Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
