This role requires confidence working with woodshop tools and millwork equipment, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, speed, and consistency. You'll be hands-on across every step of the production process. From drying and milling final fabrication, you'll be part of a tight-knit team focused on delivering high-quality, Carbon Smart Wood products.
