We are seeking a Senior CAE Durability Engineer with strong automotive experience in vehicle structures, full-vehicle durability, strength and stiffness analysis. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of automotive CAE experience with hands-on expertise in durability and fatigue analysis, nCode/DesignLife, OptiStruct/NASTRAN, and ANSA/HyperMesh/HyperWorks. The engineer will be responsible for developing and executing full-vehicle durability simulations, analyzing structural performance, supporting physical durability testing, and correlating CAE results with test data. Experience with RLDA, 4-poster testing, random vibration, fatigue analysis, and block-cycle development is highly preferred.
