Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Wellness Health Group is expanding our Wellness Labs team and seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LPN or RN to support our growing client base. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a mix of clinical work, wellness services, and hands-on support with community events.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies safely and professionally.
• Perform DOT physicals and general wellness physicals as needed.
• Administer vaccines in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all required documentation and client paperwork.
• Ensure all client forms and compliance documents are accurate and complete.
• Assist sales representatives during in-home services and client appointments.
• Support and participate in pop-up wellness events, providing on-site clinical assistance.
• Serve as a float for phlebotomy, assisting as needed for blood draws and lab support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in applicable state.
• Certification or qualifications to perform DOT physicals (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience administering vaccines preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a mobile, event-based environment.
• IV and phlebotomy experience a plus.
