Comptroller/Bookeeper, HR

Our fast-growing family of companies is looking for a Comptroller/Bookkeeper to join our team! We work across multiple industries with a shared mission of supporting and providing quality service to others. As our companies expand, we need a detail-oriented professional who thrives in accounting, reconciliation, and data organization.

This role offers flexibility, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a real impact as part of a dynamic team. Although there are in-office work requirements, some work may be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Obtain and manage primary financial data for accounting records
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of business transactions
• Compute and record numerical data efficiently and accurately
• Maintain organized financial records and oversee data entry
• Support leadership with reports and financial insights
• Participate in administrative duties and cross-company collaboration

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and strong accounting principles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software systems
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Deadline-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
