Full Charge Bookkeeper (ON-SITE ONLY)

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and brings deep expertise in accounting operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: AP functions including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment scheduling.
• Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations across multiple company credit cards with precision and timeliness.
• General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and ledgers in accordance with GAAP.
• Reporting: Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Double Entry Accounting: must understand double entry accounting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Yardi, Rent Manager).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Must have more than 5 years full charge bookkeeping experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
• Prior experience in benefits administration.
