Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman - Full-Time Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and supervising electrical crews on commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate a team of electricians, providing direction and support.
• Ensure work meets all safety standards and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Perform electrical installations, including conduit and wiring, and oversee quality control.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Ensure proper tool and equipment use, maintenance, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the NEC and safety regulations.
• Extensive experience with commercial electrical projects.
• Ability to install and supervise installation of all types of conduit and wiring.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to provide clear instructions and reports.
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have personal hand tools and work boots.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions.
• Must be punctual, hard-working, and dedicated to maintaining high work standards.
